Talk about any recent workout related injuries or whatnot.
Today while doing deadlift I think I strained my groin. It slightly hurts and I feel pressure when I walk or move around. Am I dying? What are some lifts I can substitute?
skip leg day and deadlifts for 2-3 weeks, come back light
I've injured my kneecap when heavy squatting, it was painful as fuck. Now I can't squat, deadift and do cardio, it fucking sucks
I'm taking care of it but I fear never being able to lift heavy with my lower body again (it probably isn't that serious, but I still fear it)

Damn man. I hurt my knee a couple months ago when I ate shit while running. Not being able to lift for multiple weeks sucks. Especially for someone like me that is already a bit unbalanced between upper and lower body.
This groin "pain"/ pressure is really uncomfortable.
Well I was doing OLY lifts today after heavy pressing yesterday and now my right rotator cuff is quite angry with me. I'm only 19 and get plenty of sleep :/ at least tomorrow is a rest day
Strained a trap muscle picking up a dumbbell (i think) yesterday, pain in the neck hurts like a bitch. Goin back tomorrow tho
