My time ranges from 45 min to 1 hour 15 min. It just depends whether I want to chill out a bit at the gym or get in and get out. Follow a routine and stay until you are done regardless of time. Plenty of useless dyel fucks at the gym who do a set and get on their phones for 15 mins to lengthen their "workout".

I'm one of the strongest guys in my gym (except for bench because my bench is shit) and I'm in for like 50-60 minutes, 5-6 days a week.
I'm not that faggot that does curls, they shoulder shrugs, then flies, and there for 2 hours. I stick to compounds and I'm In n' out.

I do them whenever I feel like I've recovered from the last time I did them. That typically works out to be: squatting 3-5x/week, deadlift 1x/week, bench 2-3x/week, OHP 2-4x/week, and dips/pullups at the end of most gym sessions.
