Anyone using this meme diet timing. Pepole say intermitent fasting is great for releasing testosterone and burn fat. Is it real or a bunch of nonesense?
I think it's a good way to burn fat, but no more than 16 hours of fasting at a time or else you can breakdown muscle.

I do it occasionally and on holidays. The testosterone part is bullshit but its really easy to eat low calories while feeling like you are stuffing your face. For example if you just eat 2200 calories you do that in 1 or 2 big meals instead of 3 small meals. Thats all it really is, just an easier way to consume calories and is really helpfull for holidays.
I have done it for 3 years. It definitely helps with regularity and calorie/macro control. Testosterone part is bullshit. Biggest payoff is meal/portion control. If you eat healthy in an 8 hour window... you really can't overeat you will feel like shit.
Also helps with water consumption and glucose levels.
