I can't find the right answer here.

1/2 cup of dry oats (before cooking) says it's 300 calories

but google says 150. I don't have the box anymore. I wish I kept it

Steel cut oats are around 300cal per 1/2 cup.

Rolled oats are 150 per half cup.
