dirty bulk shake
>1 banana
>2 tablespoons of peanut butter
>milk
>protein powder ( 1 scoop is fine)
>chocolate powder, cinnamon, nutmeg (optional flavouring, pick whatever you like)
>wholegrain cereal (about half of what you eat normally for breakfast)
i put on about 5kg in 3 weeks drinking this for my first meal.

this WILL help you put on a shitload of weight. be careful to get enough milk and ice in their, or you'll end up with something the consistency of cement
