Lifting 5 times a week is one of the few things I have to look forward to, but I'm stuck on a perma bulk/maintenance diet. I just cannot fucking bring myself to go on a deficit and lose my gains, all that work just to lose progress. Anybody else know this feel? Every time I start a cut I'll last half a day until I scare myself into losing gains and make sure I eat a few hundred calories over maintenance
i know them feels, boy
>tfw shit physical job
>can't cut or performance at work AND gym suffers
maybe it's time to leave humanity behind

Relax, you won't lose more than 5% of your gains, which you will easily gain back.
maybe don't cut so hard???????? jesus christ

This. I just stagnated with my lifts when I cut. Make sure you get all your fat and protein for the day and you'll be solid m8
If you want to be shredded, you have to cut. Everyone has to do it, 'losing' a little bit of MUSCLE gains in the process.
But you'll make sick AESTHETIC gains, not even talking about the healthier and lighter weight your body and heart will have to support then.
Both aspects require hard work.
>improve AESTHETICS(+), lose MUSCLE (-)
or
>improve MUSCLES (+), lose AESTHETICS (-)
