Any other non-gym /fit/izens?
I find going to the gym dull as fuck, so prefer to work on bodyweight excercises.

I use the bodyweight machines at the park. They set up a Pavilion by each entrance with them. Great place to meet girls that are determined but on a budget.

I've seen those in my local park, and only tried them for like 20 seconds. Are they actually any good though? They didn't feel like they were doing anything for me
I'm trying to get into bodyweight exercises after getting another job that doesn't have a gym.
I've been reading You Are Your Own Gym; it's pretty good. Free PDF:

Once I get strong enough (1/2/3/4 and a few pull-ups at least) I'll switch to BW. Until then, gym is more efficient at bulding up strength
I prefer the gym but I hate January and a full gym makes me feel cripplingly insecure. Will rejoin in Feb

Those things are mostly form fitting reps for isolation. they arent gonna build anything but they will get ya toned. My park has a place with those too. Lotta Milfs hang out there. LOTS

what's your routine?

I go to the gym for legs. apart from that I primarily use gymnast rings and toss in some weighted chins and dips. I'm carrying an annoying wrist injury that's fine for everything except for flat palm stuff like handstands, which I desperately want to learn. I'm thinking I should wait until it's fully better so I can start planche and lever progress at the same time.
