I'd recommend checking out the book Juggernaut Method 2.0 and Chad Wesley Smith's(Juggernaut Training Systems) work in general. Your routine here is like shitty version of it. His system will give you an idea of how you can progress with a workout somewhat like this one.

Yeah, it uses the basic compound lifts and their variants as a base, but it also includes a lot of hypertrophy/bodybuilding. He uses sprinting, jumping, and throwing for building power and athleticism. His general philosophy is to build a bigger muscle with high rep work, and transition to a period where you make that bigger muscle stronger, with low rep work.
