How do you feel about the progress you made this year? Did you hit your goals?
I aimed for 1/2/3/4 (minus 4 because I don't really do deadlifts.) I hit 1 and 2, but I haven't made any real progress on my squats and have stalled at lmao2pl8. Maybe deads would help but I'm too afraid of fucking up my back. How was your year /fit/?

Started out with PTN Intermediate. Stalled in February. Missed March and April due to dissertation. May jumped on the Sheiko beginner program. Lifts skyrocketed. Spent July-December fixing my employment, living and social situation. In that time I just goofed around the gym with no longer than 1 Sheiko month.
Now I started bodybuilding. From all that fucking around my 5RPM on the bench is now my 10RPM. It's been a confusing year all-in-all.

Leanest I've ever been in my lifting career

i need to finish my cut though. i went from 300 when i was 14 to 5'8 205 at 19 rn, i have just been sitting at this weight for 2 years and never been lean in my life.
i got pretty damn jacked and strong though by just maintaining this weight and lifting
