Going to start getting /fit/ this week, but I have no equipment besides a bike and a park near me.
How is this stuff?

I am not sure on the Iron Body Fitness weight bag, but the other two I'm pretty dead set on, especially the Tap Out 5-Piece Training kit
Is this a good set of equipment to start with? What would you recommend?

I have an idea.
Crazy, but have you considered going to an actual gym instead of buying these meme equipment?

> 1. No car 24/7
> 2. Class schedule is like 10AM to 7PM every day
> 3. No time to workout during the day at school, only before I leave at 8AM and before I sleep at 11PM, plus school gym is always full
.-.

wtf?
What classes are you taking that last as long as 9 hours?
If you are in college, shouldn't they have a free gym there?

Politics and Economics, I have a 6 course load because of my Public Law specialization
And there is a gym, but it's small and always full during the day like I said
It's $150 for this stuff, that's no big deal, all I asked is if it's good enough to start.
I'll spend more money when I get into the routine a bit and buy a home gym system
>>39814962
save your money and do a bodyweight routine.
you're schedule is too fucked to commit to lifting and won't get results from lack of sleep
>>39814988
This.
Just do some push ups every day or some bullshit like that.
The punching bag is going to be a liability in the end unless you want to become an actual fighter.
>>39814634
get the tap out set. ignore everything else.
>>39814634
Look into wrist wraps if you want a punching bag.
Also, all of this shit, and I mean all of it, looks like some meme bullshit to scam people out of their money. If you can't commit to going to a gym for 3 months, you can't commit to doing this shit at home. You just can't, and won't, because most people fail with home gyms. It feels less like an obligation.
Does you uni gym open at night? That's probably you best option, you only need 1-2 hours 4-6x a week. I mean, I pay $90 a year for full 24/7 access to a large vegas gym. I cannot imagine for a second wasting money on a bunch of shit that eventually adds up to like 5+ years of my gym membership in the long run.
Seriously, fitness is a commitment. If you can't commit because of school right now, don't bother. You'll stress yourself out because you'll spend money and see no benefits in muscle or strength.
Also, 6 courses? Assuming 4 hours a week for each, that's only 24 hours. I went to school full time, worked full time, and still found time to go to the gym 4 times a week. You need to put effort into life.

Alright, just ordered it, thanks
>>39815077
My schedule also includes 2 hours of driving on top of that because I commute, the most sleep I can get is 6-8 hours a day

> $90 a year
mirin. I spend $60 a month, and have to work around opening and closing hours
