Am I the only one that got fucked with this? I have minor functional scoliosis and since I started lifting I feel tense on one side of my back constantly. Anybody have some advice on this?

I have minor scoliosis (10-12). No issue at all. Check your form, stretch or take a break.

What type of stretches? I can't get rid of this tight feeling with the stretches I have been doing.

I dont know, ive always had good mobility but google is your friend here, if not the sticky (it goes over stretches and foam rolling).
I just do static stretches and some dynamic work before my warm up sets. Takes 5-10 minutes.
Is this shit fixable? Should I see a physiotherapist about it? I have it too OP but never saw a doctor or anything
Mild levoscoliosis. Sucks because it's very noticeable whenever I do bench or flyes, my left ribs stick out more.
I'd get back into swimming with an ankle float but I don't want to risk the gains so everyday I just hang from the pull up bar for like half a minute and hope that slowly but surely.

I went to some specialist about it like 4 years ago and he told me to just do crunches at night. I did that and checked back within a year and he said it helped, told me I don't need a back brace but that was really it.

So just strengthen your core? I do have a weak core for sure
