So i'm going to be at my job where I can't leave the building for 8 hours minimum each day so I need to pack one/two meals.
Right now the only real tupperware food ideas I have are pretty much bad macros or just boring.
So far my ideas were;
chicken chili
chicken/veg/starch
ground beef / starch
I need some good recipes that are economical for a single person to cook/tupperware without wasting a bunch of time in the kitchen every day.

>Meal 1
Coffee
1 cup milk + 1 cup oats + 1 scoop whey ( mother x together in a mason jar)
> meal 2A
Chicken broccoli rice
> meal 2B
Beef bell pepper black beans
Alternate that
I've been trying to do that the last few months

I always bring a cut of roast pork and baked sweet potatos with me as lunch for work.
They taste surprisingly good when warm. Microwaving rapes the texture and taste

Yeah I microwave some stuff but sometimes I eat rice/chicken cold unless the rice hardened up.

Mason jar mixes sounds like a good idea during my planning period.
Chicken and rice
Chicken and broccoli
Uhh
Rice and broccoli

Tortellini
Beef
Tomato sauce
cheap tasty and if you swap the beef out for chicken, Tomato sauce for alfredo or tortellini out for another kind of tortellini it wont get old

Genius
Mixed vegetables, Mac n Cheese (no butter), meat of choice
Speaking of tupperware, what's the best brand and is zojirushi a meme?

Tortellini is expensive I'll eat like a whole $5 box for dinner. Might as well just buy a meal at a restaurant for 3 bucks more
