Why do people always leave out their binges and pretend like they never happened as if they dont impact on their cutting?


I cut for 7 months on 1,800 calories per day and went from 85kg to 70kg, 0 cheat days, and now I maintain 70kg on 2,200 calories and my weight is concrete stable, 0 cheat days.


For you fat fucks out there that think you can just keep on doing those cheat days and thinking they don't have much of an effect, while you sit there wondering why you haven't lost weight, or regained some weight when cutting on low calories...you're doing it fucking wrong, stop fucking cheating. Stop falling for the "one day of binging doesn't matter" meme, because it fucking does, especially if you're prone to gaining fat easily.

be honest with yourself, are you having a cheat day or two or three on the weekends? that will nullify or even reverse your progress
