it is pain to not do the /fit/ est sport
What workouts/conditioning do any wrestling lads on /fit/ do? I want to be as close as possible to being a wrestler

Cardio, calisthenics, and lots of core work.
A good substitute for wrestling is to join a Judo or BJJ academy.
find a bjj gym, there's a good chance they'll do sub wrestling
STAIRCLIMBING
When I wrestled in high school I did a lot of cardio and basic bodyweight exercises in addition to practice, looking back though I feel I should have also lifted for strength training 2-3 times a week. Being strong, explosive, and having God like endurance helps a lot in that sport.

Do catch as catch can, close enough.

I wish i could, no gyms train that apart from in the north (im in the south). I might just take BJJ like some other guys suggested
