Eat less food than you take in. IF and high protein/fat help me eat at a deficit without feeling hungry all the time. I don't do keto as it's preached on web, but I do keep my body in ketosis. I eat maybe 60% fat rather than 80% and eat a bit more than 20 g carbs since I eat a lot of veggies. Also, don't get obsessed with BF percentage, even DEXA scans and ultrasound are unreliable. If you want to be more shredded, cut more. If you're happy where you're at, maintain it.

I'm 5'10 155lbs and at 10%-12% bf and I'm bigger than him, which is why i say 130lbs-140lbs at 5'8". he has enough muscle mass to have some definition, but he wouldn't look like he lifts with a shirt on.
