what it does do is make you get a lot more fats in your diet, which are a godsend for satiety. you eat less but you don't get hungry as hard. i know that hunger on keto is nothing like hunger when you're off keto. keto hunger is like "oh, i should probably eat later but i don't really need to think about it", whereas hunger off keto is accompanied with a lot of stomach grumbling and general discomfort and low mood.

it's bretty good.
