So far so good for me. Been bulking for over a year now, approaching my first cut. Not sure how cutting and smoking will work. AMA

What are your macros like?
Routine? Strength stats? Years lifting?

Several times a day, after work and workout is done.

I'm not focusing on macros, just hitting caloric and protein goals. Aiming for 3500 calories each day
Will be focusing on macros when I cut this february.

I'm former king skelly, gone from 65kg to 87kg in a bit over a year.
Doing a PPLxpplx program now, 5x5 on all lifts.
