Rate my routine, feedback appreciated . I also do 15min stationary bike after each day. ABCDAxx
A: bench press, inclined benchpress, preacher curl, barbell curl, dumbell curle, buttefly machine.
B: Stationary rowing, machine tricep extension, cable tricep extention, seated assisted pullup close and wide grip.
C: Leg press, Seated calf raise, Seated leg curl, Thigh abductor (in out and out in), Leg extension, lying leg curls.
D: Dumbell shrug, machine shoulder press, dumbell shoulder lateral lift (don't know name), dumbell shoulder upwards front lift ( don't know name), standing tbar row.
