Just wondering what everyone thinks about the Smolov Jr program for bench press. On my 2nd week and loving it. Im a 200lb natty with a 300-1rm.

better to do workouts that work your weakpoint like boards of various heights, chains, pin presses, slingshot, floor presses etc. overloading is also extremely good. smolov jr is ameme and you should bench, rest 2 days and then bench again
