Ok guys, over my last cut i practically gotrid of fats because of the amount of calories it has. But now, i've been trhinking that probably weakened my nutrition. What do you think of Low carb high fat diet? Am i going to become a hamplanet if i eat high fats?
I lost 30 pounds in two months of lchf and running 2 to 3 miles 3 times a week
i'm affraid of eating too much calories from fat and gaining extra bodyfat. I'm reading about this diet and some people report, like you, the've lost weight. But my concern is that just by adding a little bit of oil or butter to my meals would easily increase 1000 cal to my TDEE.
How the fuck can a weight lost take place under such circumstances.

stay away from this meme, it's big egg/milk/meat corporations confusing the science.
the medical litterature is pretty much clear; a whole foods plant based diet with a good omega-3 source

Just track your calories and you won't gain weight if you're in a deficit. Some sources of fat are healthier than others though. Don't eat a bunch of butter and fatty beef like you see keto memers doing.

Just eat a normal diet which is balanced in carbs and fats with high protein intake for muscle growth.
Stop trying to do some special snowflake shit.

Well you're adding fat, but you're also removing most of your carbs as well. After a while, your body is supposed to get used to using fat as a fuel source and it may help you burn your body fat as well.
