Squats 3 times/week would be too much for me
Would alternate Squats and Deadlifts
3 Exercises per training session with 3x5 sets across is extremely hard when weights get heavy
I needed at good 90min for 2 execises with 3x5 plus some other lighter ones
Wrist and calf work is not necessary, I would do it optionally when enough time
I guess its better for Bodybuilding than SS bc its more balanced and has more volume

Best beginners routine. I got all my newbie gains from it, and it's super simple to follow while being challenging
