Well my ankles are 11" in circumfrence (not even fat) and in less than 3 months I got 315 squat for 5 and 405 diddly for 3

My ankles are 11.5" and i never squatted above 265 and always had an easier tine progressing with upperbody lifts(7.5" wrists)
I dont believe there is any real correlation but this is all anecdotal evidence so if you showed me a study proving that theres a correlation id change my mind.
That said i always has an easy time putting mass on my legs but thats a different story and does actually have to do with bone size.
