What are the staples of your diet? I am looking for possible ideas. I bike everyday(5-10 miles) and want to get back into lifting.
I am thinking of doing chicken, beans and pasta.
Anyone have any rebuttals as to why these wouldn't be good and if so, possible alternatives?
I eat a variety of foods, provided that they are mostly high in fat and protein.

Peanut butter, eggs, greek yogurt, milk (not the stupid goad meme), steak, brown rice, beans, cinnamon (can help you get shredded if nutrition is in check, usually put some in my yogurt), tapatio (put that on my steak, rice, and beans, to me thats my GOAT gains meal)
