The cardio seems kind of pointless if youre going for gains unless its just a warmups, replace it with uphill sprints or something vigorous like that.

How about this
Are you recording all of these workouts so that you can actually progress on them, or are you just doing them?
Even if you answer yes, your program has a lot of shit that can be simplified.
>>39796895
I am doing it just to force myself to do it all.
How can it be simplified?
>>39796880
wouldn't sprinting just kill gains, lad?
>>39797035
The point of training is to get stronger.
How can you do that if you don't record and improve??
Mon
>Chin ups. Add weight as you progress.
>L-hangs or ab wheel
Tuesday
>Sprint for a few minutes
>Overhead press or Kolokov press (main focus). Once you start plateauing with your rep scheme (3x5) switch to 3*3 and 3*10. Do extra sets if you have the juice
>Push ups. Increase total reps per workout.
Wed
>Deadlift
>Ab wheel
Thurs
>Repeat Mon
Fri
>Repeat Tues
Sat
>Repeat Wed
If you want more pull do bent over rows on either Monday and Thursday or Wednesday and Saturday.

>legs/ass
>no vastus lateralis, abductors nor vastus medialis etc
>forearm meme shit to get some tendonitis
>3x a week doing "arms"
>just one bicep movement
>thinks dips is all he need for triceps
>"ABS"
I really dont know what you are trying to do here...

I just do the workouts, but I add more weight slowly throughout time, as doing more reps. I keep it all in my head, but I guess I should write it out.

Go ahead, but consider this
>Is it easier to advance on one lift or four?
>Is it worth doing more exercises with less improvement if they cover the same muscles?
>>39797110
I do 2 bicep movements! But I could use a few more...I need to get a "peak" for my bicep, which I'v yet to find since my bicep is long.
