FIT, I have the saddest droopiest ass on planet earth. It is flat, the skin is now folding on it because of how much weight I've been losing.
But even when I was fat it was not a nice ass. The fat spread sideways instead of giving that nice round bubble ass.
Now, I've been doing SS for some months now. Yes, I've been squatting and deadlifting. Still, it's a sad excuse of a rear end.
Please tell me what the fuck I can do to have a decent ass. Isolation, exercises, rep ranges, whatever.
Just tell me what I need to do and I'll do it.

the best ass exercise is probably hip thrusts, and it can be incrementally loaded so you can train it. I guess doing that with progressively heavier weights will give you a bigger ass.
