I keep like a schedule and I separate each month into ten days (each ten days I predicted to lose 2kgs) and so far I'm right, first phase of dec (first ten days of dec) I went from 60 to 58 on the second phase went from 58 to 55 and will be at 53 when dec ends and that's my goal weight then I'll start eating a bit more and start lifting
