What kind of chair should I get to facilitate good posture? I have a gift card for staples and figured I'd get a new chair since I sit in an old school wooden kitchen chair. I see chairs now a days with "adjustable lumbar support" but I don't understand that. How would I know where the lumbar even goes? Like your lumbar spine has a decent length to it I just don't know where I'd put the support. Anyways any recommendation on chairs that can help good posture? I know standing is best but I'd prefer to sit and do my work for game.

You should ditch the chair and start standing as much as possible like a real man
My advice would be to find a second hand Herman Miller. Most modern chairs are basically rip offs of the original Herman Millers except without any actual research put into it
Don't be a poorfag and buy a herman Miller. They are built like a tank and have 12 years warranty.
I have the Aeron and love it

Well that chair has a headrest and headrests are bad for posture arent they?
I like a little lumbar support because it feels really nice but I don't think it actually does anything.

This, how do you know where to put the "adjustable" lumbar support? Makes no sense
