If you unironically say things like the above then you're deluding yourself. Deload and do sets of 20 to 30 reps; if you can't do it, then you're WEAK despite yourself.
Also if you can't run at least 5 miles at a decent pace without stopping, then you are WEAK.
/fit/ness is more than just silly 'aesthetics', it's being physically fit in ALL WAYS. Otherwise you're just fooling yourself.
