Yes I did SS + 1/2 GOMAD for 5 months, went for 6'2 152 lbs to 189 lbs. Gained a lot of fat mostly in my ass but at least I stopped looking like a skeleton. No regrets

im on gomad but not SS, i am doing routine PPLPLLX with a focus on the main 4 exercises though and have seen great results but u ned to know that GOMAD only works for skellies and ectomorphs that cant gain weight, if ur a normal cunt ur just gonna turn into /plg/ in a matter of weeks.

Yeah, I was a skelly and gained like 12lbs in a month. Protein intake was shit but GOMAD was on point. Now I'm a relatively fat fuck but at least I can lift more.

6/10 would recommend to depressed skellingtons
