Im 5 11 and used to weigh 250 pounds (very high dose of seroquel+weed)

I went on a strict diet (2 light meals and a good dinner) and i walk 2 km a day.

I now weigh 220 pounds and this is my 1st month

I've tried to lose weight before but i always notice that at some point u stop losing weight, what to do?

And should i have a cheat days(meal actually)? Or not since im so obese

your TDEE changes as you drop weight and/or gain muscle mass since muscles require more calories than fat does.

make sure you weight yourself under the same conditions every time and at the same time. best is in the morning when you take a dump because then you have almost no water weight and your bowels are empty. this will give you the best accurate weight in.

you can stall for a number of reasons. a couple of them being
>you are eating too low for your activity level
>your previous weight loss caloric need has just become maintenance
>random plateau that will go away after a week or two

if your weight hasn't changed in 2-3 weeks then recalculate your TDEE and adjust your calories or exercise or both.

keep in mind that the less body fat you have the harder it becomes to lose weight. to go from 20 to 15 will happen relatively fast whereas going from 15 to 10 might take twice that long.

Maybe slow down now. 30 pounds in a month is a lot of weight loss. You might pull it off now since you are a fatass, but slow down now for your own health and to make it easier.
