A cheat day is good about once a week, or once every two weeks. All it really does is add about 200 calories per day, and in return it allows you to enjoy the reward to all your hard work.

yes, it also adds approximately 0.4 pounds to your body fat each week, and that's on top of what you're gaining by bulking. you're going to get fat quickly.

You know that if you never cheat your metabolism adapts and your diet becomes less efficient right? Right?

I don't. That's fat shit mentality thinking you NEED a cheat meal. If I want to temporarily indulge in some garbage like a doughnut, I'll incorporate it into my calories/macros for the day and make up for it with the other shit I have throughout the day/exercise.

What constitutes as a cheat meal?
Today I'm going to a restaurant and having 3 eggs sunny side up, with a grilled chicken breast, 4 slices of brown toast with butter, grilled home fries with spices and onions, and a glass of milk.
But I'm incorporating it into my macros, so does it count or nah? I'm on a cut, eating around 1,500 calories a day, this might make me go to 2,000 for today, but I'll also be killing about 600 at the gym, so I'll still be on a deficit.
Four hours
about a week.
Had a family event.
But it was like 1000kcal surplus and no workout. I consider that a cheat day.
5 months strong before that tho.

Cheat days? Why are those even necessary? Just take caffeine whenever you feel hungry for junk.
