Use sugar free/reduced peanut butter and use preserves sintead. Seriously better. Use blueberry or cherry if youre feeling adventurous. And when you really wanna loose your mind try grilling in slightly to warm up the pb, warm pb&j is god tier.
Also eat with milk.
