Bench and OHP a ton (curl some too), you want to develop the foundations of aesthetics (large chest and wide frame). I do what most people here would call a brosplit, but I look better than most SSers. As long as you don't fuck around a split is fine for developing muscle. As long as you work out and eat enough you'll gain mass. It's just the strengthfans that are autistic about highly specific routines.

This but you need rows, chins/pullups/lat PD and some kind of abdominal work. Suitcase deadlift for obliques. there's fuckloads of ab exercises but do NOT fall for the meme that is "you dont need to do abs because SS works your core" yes it does, but you need to isolate them.
