Hold me bros. I can't make it home for the holidays, today my grandma called me just to talk for a bit.
Her and grandpa were the ones to raise me because my parents are synchronized retardation record holders. She told me she wanted to call earlier but was stuck in bed all day again because she's sick (won't tell me what it is exactly). Grandpa has cancer and growing more frail and senile by the months, I might never get to see them again and I don't know how to deal with it.

I've been staring at my pc screen without moving for the past hour and a half, not sure where else to vent.

to keep it fit related, are skullcrushers best done with an ez-bar or dumbells for size?
