I dunno man to me I made huge progress seeing as I was a pile of bones in the beginning that could barely do 3 pushups until succumbing to chest pain (from weakness, not from any condition)
going from having extremely thin arms to having above average arms was my main goal in the first place, I never really wanted to be extremely JACKED or to bench 300 pounds as I can't afford a gym membership where I live and I don't have the time to consume 500 over maintenance for my height.

Are you trying to lose more weight? As you lose weight your caloric intake required for maintance goes down, and if you're trying to gain weight it's inversely proportional as well. It doesn't magically stay constant no matter your weight, silly. What you need to eat at maintance is always changing. You're probably eating at maintance now at -800 calories from where you started and need to eat less to lose more weight.

Routine has been PPL, and I've been skipping on legs too much. Routine changes every few months. I do two compounds and one accessory for core.

Here's what my push day looks like:

Military Press 6x8
Decline Press 6x8
Hanging Leg Raises 4x12

Not including warm up sets. I did other stuff like PPL with a bunch of volume but I like this routine best, it's simple and I enjoy it.

Diet is a 300kcal surplus, and in all honesty I haven't gained or lost any weight. I started out at around 155lbs, and I'm sitting at 156lbs this morning. I seem to have lost a bit fat and put on muscle mass = equal to the amount of fat loss.

It's important to be consistent in your effort and keep pushing yourself. All my lifts go up a bit every few weeks.

About 2 months apart. Gained about 11 pounds in less than 2 months on a 3200 calorie diet. I was taking creatine and test boosters at that time.
6'00 162 lbs.

Started my cut at 92kg (left) three months later at 81.6 (right)

Still eat out on weekend and drink occasionally so not a hard cut by any means but am at the gym 6 days a week.

Going to keep going to 78kg and maintain for a little while, or should I lose more?

Thanks, man. I just use mixed grip, double overhand stops working around 365 lbs for me.

All I can say is on your last rep, hold it up there as long as you can. Also, experiment with mixed and hook (use one solely for a week or two to get a feel for it) and see what you prefer.

One last tip is to not immediately forsake double overhand when it fails you on bigger weights. If you can't do double overhand for 350 lbs, as an example, use it for all deadlifts that are less than 350 lbs, and only switch to mixed/hook as needed.
