Did shortcut to size, 12 week program in 24 weeks, just to learn form and shit because I know I'm a noob
Played hockey, so I was always thin & fit until recently
Goal is solely aesthetics frankly, now that I'm familiar with lifting I plan on cranking down nutrition and cardio wise and really banging shit our starting Monday. I already invested in supplements, went grocery shopping for meal prep and shit

I guess. Or you could just eat clean, eat what you need and not need to do tons of cardio to burn off the excess. If you're gaining fat then eat slightly less or eat cleaner.

Yes do cardio. Fit is retarded when it comes to cardio.
It makes you a better athlete, will help you in lifting and will make you stronger. Eat a granola bar and you've just erased whatever calories you burned.
