Any thoughts on how to get rid of DOMs or you jist gotta tough it out?
How long have you been lifting? If you just started it will be there at the start.

DOMS is short for the dominant or top. /fit/ brings it up a lot because everyone here is a bottom or SUBS short for submissive.
