Been deiting like a champion.

Should I eat a bit more.... say 2400/ 2450 to slow down the weight loss to the recommended 1 - 2 lbs per week?

(I'm a muscle fat trying to get sexy, got about 50 lbs to lose.....)

If you lose that much on a weekly basis, then you're probably losing muscle. This week, it's probably just water, and the new diet.

I'm pretty fat though....1% of 270 = 2.7
I heard some where that losing 1% of body weight when you are a fat fuck is acceptable.

I'm pretty strong and stocky naturally though. Dont want to end up a weak little bitch....

If you're lifting and hitting your protons you should be fine. That rate of weight loss is aggressive but not unhealthy if it's all nutrient-dense calories.

If you have a lot of fat, calculate your protein based on your goal weight, so if your goal is 220 make sure you get at least 176 g (for 0.8 g protein per lb of bodyweight). This will keep you from losing muscle, and then if you can keep up the huge deficit you're good.
