Mid march. Gives me enough time to incorporate cardio, eat at maintenance, and do IF with YHCL. By mid may, lose quite a bit of fat without losing muscle.

>can't make progress
progress in what? (((bodybuilding)))? Strength plateaus are broken by training programs (i.e. Smolov) and calorie and carb cycling.
Calorie surplus of 10-15% per week is - considering you're training 2-3 times hardcore and throw in some kettlebell/HIIT work here and there - the way of building more or less lean muscle and gaining strength slowly but practically constantly, with for example 5/3/1.
Also mini-cuts.
