Im rather new and a hungry skellington at 6'0 and 150lbs. Ive read the sticky already and started to lift but I just dont understand how you guys eat so much. It says my TDEE is 2767 calories a day, and I'm suppose to add 500 onto that? thats a lot of food to someone who has a habit of only eating once a day.

There's really nothing to say, but eat more. I weighed 134lbs two months ago and have gained 10lbs by focusing on eating 3300 calories a day. I am allergic to whey so it's just about making it a point to eat more and use MyPlate to count. I still have a long way to go, but I am finally seeing progress after convincing myself I just have fast metabolism. I ascribe to the saying of "if it's important you'll find a way, of not you'll find an excuse".

2767 is pretty high for your weight. you do cardio or something?
almonds, whole milk, 3-4 meals plus 3-4 healthy snacks make it a lot easier.
here's an example of how easy it is:
breakfast:
4 eggs 240cals 24 portons
1 piece whole grain toast 110cals 4 portons maybe
some butter on the toast 50-100 cals 0 portons
thats 400-450 cals
+2 hours snack
16oz whole milk ~300cals 16g protins
praton powder ~100cals 25g pritins
now you're at 850 for the day
lunch:
chicken 200cals 30g proteens
whole grain pasta 180cals 6g proteens
green's bean 40cals probably not any worthwhile prots
up to 1270
+2 hours snack
1/2 cup almonds 265cals 10g proundtein
12oz whole milk 200cals 12g prondtein
1/2 prongtein powder 50cals 12.5g proughtoein
now 1785
dinner
chicken 300cals 45g pron
broccoli 50cals 4.8g pron
whole grain brown rice 216cals 5g pron
now we at 2351
snack+2hours
1 cup almonds 527cals 20g pronton
16oz whole milk 300cals 16g prontons
1 scoop prontan powder 100cals 25g prontayne
now 3278 with 255 prontaynes
its that easy
