Wish I had this problem. I cap maintenance cals by 10am. I can't fucking stop myself from getting up and grabbing food. I'm not even hungry. Not bored. I get up and can't fucking sit my ass down.

I had the same issue as this guy. IF helped but I still spent most of my life insanely hungry. Some of us aren't even close to satisfied until 1,000 over maintenance. Shit sucks.

We have the opposite problem of skellys, who cry at the thought of finishing a meatball sub before sundown.
