Any tips on increasing my front squat max from 225 lbs (102 kg) to 405 lbs (184 kg)? I really want a heavy ass front squat and I want to be explosive beyond measure. Planning on buying some Nike Romaleos for this goal. Any programs you folks would recommend? Also gonna be implementing some bodybuilding routines with the front squat routine. Would Smolov for front squats be a crazy idea? Would salute the input.

Yea, smolov for frontsquats would work, but you wouldnt gain 80kg on your FS in one cycle.

jesus christ OP have you even looked at the percentages of it? Would be basically impossible to do for you.
Just do 5/3/1, 5/1 (Karls Method, look it up) or a HLM strength template to get your FS up.
