I'm down 74 pounds since may, im trying to hit about 10% BF before beginning bulk... but due to how much I've lost I'm having a hard time figuring out what BF% I am or how much more to lose

And let's be honest.
You should have been lifting THE ENTIRE TIME! All of that muscle you had from when you were a fat sack of shit is gone now. BUT luckily for you, your body remembers what it was like to carry around all of that extra girth and will easily put that muscle back on if you eat at a slight surplus and do resistance training with some extra aerobics or activity to keep the calorie storage down.

Great progress. I would suggest ignoring the body fat % stat and start lifting with a slight defect. If you don't have the energy then reduce the defect until you can workout properly. Track your progress as you go and adjust as needed.
