I know my lifts are weak but i just lift for hypertrophy. also i have a hip labrum tear, hip bursitis and a cyst in my hip joint. fuck knows how it got so bad but i havent been able to train legs in months and wont be able to for months. Dropped 130 lbs, currently working out.

Is there a lot of visible damage from my fat years? How many more pounds will I have to lose before muscle insertions start to show?

ab roll outs, cable crunches, dragon flags, hanging leg raises, anything you can hit heavy enough that youre only pushing out 5-20 reps so you can progressively overload. you need to program and hit them good
