What's your favorite kind of belt and butt plug for squat day?
I use a classic harbinger leather belt, not sure why but i like the old clips over a lever.
And my plug is similar to pic related.
During late night gym sessions my friend would use his gfs plug with a tail on it to troll people lol.
Should I use a rubber or metal bp for oly lifts?

Oly lifts prob want rubber. My buddy use rubber for crossfit, i use metal because i stick to bodybuilding style exercise so it keeps my glutes engaged
