How do you accurately calculate calorie burn while lifting?
Lost 10kg with cardio and diet, now wondering how to fit weight lifts into my diet so it stays consistent
It's not much, and there are far too many variables involved to make it worth it.

How would you suggest to fit it in? Right now I'm thinking eat some extra on lift days and just keeping a deficit on other days, 2x full body workouts per week and the rest is as usual
