Anytime you are trying to mix a powder into liquid, just pour in a little bit of liquid, with the powder, mix it in, then a little more liquid, and you will avoid clumping with ease.

Once you have a smooth and clump free mixture, simply add desired ammount of liquid..

This is not rocket science
