Do diet sodas make weight loss harder

The thing is, the best for you and your weight loss would be if you get acustomed just to water or non-sweetened drinks. The sooner you get used to drinking only this, the better.
Drinking diet coke does not teach you that. It just teaches you to continue in your unhealthy habits. So better just cut it.

It's fast food, you know. Having one for dinner isn't that bad imo, but I wouldn't eat one for lunch, if you're planning to eat a lot of pasta or a big pizza in the evening (unless you're intending to gain a lot of weight I guess).

Many fast food chains are unhealthy because of several reasons you should be watching for:

>sweet sauces with tons of sugar, even in salads
>sweet buns, also white bread
>fried food
>and of course the sweet sodas

What would you guts suggest to eat for lunch i dont want to stay at work, just want to get a break for a while ya know and i dont want to head home because it takes a while should i just head to walmart and buy like a cold sandwich there? What do yoy guys eat ?
