If it's something she enjoys and her parents encourage her but make sure she practices weightlifting in a safe manner for someone her size and age, there is nothing wrong with it.

If either of these aren't the case then it's degeneracy. If these conditions are met, then it's COLONIZATION and enriching other races.

No, while children won't see the muscular gain someone older would, the neurological effects of knowing the form/lifts will help them in the future.

When a newb starts out they originally see a large gain in weight moved from week to week, most of that is neurological from learning form. These kids won't have to deal with that awkward first stage of cluelessness
