Not that colour, man. I use running tights as about 1/2 the thermal value of long underwear for not-really-cold winter days (down to about -20C).

Then when I work out that day, I don't bother changing into shorts. A long enough shirt to cover my balls is a common courtesy to the world. FFS man, nobody needs to see that.
